Refund/cancellation policy - All course purchases are final. Please ensure you have access to high-speed internet and/or the ability to hard-wire to the internet.  We are not responsible for any technical issues you may encounter. Tutoring courses must be canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.  Tutoring sessions that are canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will not be issued a refund.

Fulfillment/shipping policy - Upon purchase, the purchaser's contact details must be provided. Upon supplying the necessary details, access to the course will be provided within 2-4 business days. For tutoring sessions, a link to the meeting will be provided no later than 1 hour before the start time.
